Middle School Cross Country is open to all students in grades 6-8. New runners are welcome; no experience is necessary!
Football
East Hamilton Football Information
Thank you for your interest in our football program and allowing your child the opportunity to come out for the team. Here is what the players need to know before coming out for football.
· The school will supply each player with a helmet, shoulder pads, knee pads, and practice jersey.
· Each player is responsible for a 5-piece girdle, practice pants, or practice pants that have pads included. Also, a mouth piece is needed if the player has braces and shoes.
· The cost for each player will be $150 but this will include a pair of shorts, shirt, hoodie, equipment bag, and athletic fee. If this is an issue, don’t hesitate to discuss this with me. I don’t want this to have any bearing on coming out for the team.
· All players must have a current physical (dated after April 15, 2025), concussion form, cardiac arrest form, and emergency form. All paperwork is available on TSSAA.org or on the school web site.
· All paperwork must be completed on final forms.
· Academic requirements will be set forth by East Hamilton School.
· All players must complete 5 days of acclamation before they can dress in full pads. The first two days are helmets only and the next three days are helmets and shoulder pads
Golf
There will be a meeting on February 5th @ 6:00 pm in the school cafeteria for anyone interested in playing golf this year. If you have any questions you can contact Coach Petty.
Softball
Swim
EH Middle School team
Registration is now open until October 15th. The season starts October 1 – January 31st. Due to none of the schools having a pool all swimmers must join a year round club in the area for practice then we come together for our swim meets. The swim information and scheduled meets are posted on the swimtopia site below for EHMS. Please email eh.ohssc@gmail.com with any questions.
