Important Class Policies:

Electronic Devices

Cell phones are NOT allowed on your person while you are in the building. They are to be stored in your bag once you enter the building. Consequences are as outlined in the student handbook.

Late Work

The highest grade a student can make on a late assignment is 70%. Work will be accepted up to two days after the assignment has been entered into PowerSchool.

Grade Trade

I provide students with up to three grade trade opportunities in each quarter. I will take two assignments and will enter the higher of the two grades into PowerSchool. Students do not request these.

Students are responsible for keeping up with their materials and for keeping their notebook organized.

Changes to our school norms may change throughout the year. Because of this, both students and parents should join my Google Classroom as this is where I will be posting all updates and announcements. The easiest way to reach me is by email at [email protected] Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

I know that we will have a successful, exciting, and productive year in science and I look forward to being a part of the academic progress your child will make.
